Full Design - Includes (1) First we interview the clients, their families and caregivers; to get an understanding of their needs. 2) Next we do a “Considerations Lifestyle Survey” 3) Followed by an “Assessment of Current Home” with “Room by Room Questionnaires” 4) Go over a “Special Needs Checklist for Home Design” 6) Provide Interior and if needed Exterior Design Options for your home.7) Finally devise an “Optional Home Floor Plan” providing a very customized design and list of specifications that either we, or a contractor of their choice, can implement.
Product & Feature Specification - We make full recommendations on products and features based on the individual needs and preferences of our clients.
Estimate Development - We help guide the estimating process.
General Contractor/Construction Management - From hiring the contractors to getting the permits to overseeing the construction, Lifestyles Design will make sure the job gets done right and on time.
